As the Department of Political Science and Public Administration within the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Muş Alparslan University, we aim to foster a quality-oriented approach that prioritizes universal ethical principles, human rights, and justice, while delivering research and development, education and training, and community service with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness under the guidance of science.

Our department is committed to supporting our faculty members in research and development (R&D) activities and to training our students within this framework to contribute to society. Educational processes in our department are managed in accordance with the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle. In our department, social contribution activities that align with quality standards and take into account the demands and expectations of internal and external stakeholders are planned and implemented. 

In this context, as the Department of Political Science and Public Administration:

Expand student-centered education and teaching activities from the national to the international level,

To ensure the steady improvement of the academic infrastructure so that faculty members and students can acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to keep pace with national and international developments in the field,

Taking into account the satisfaction of students, academic and administrative staff, and internal and external stakeholders, the institution aims to achieve its organizational goals;

Ensure the sustainability of social contribution activities;

And implement organizational policies designed to enhance governance, education and teaching, research and development, and social contribution processes through a quality assurance system focused on continuous improvement.
