Dr. Lecturer at the Department of Political Science and Public Administration, Department of Urbanization and Environmental Problems, Sıddıka ÖZTEKİN, has been accepted to the TÜBİTAK 2219 Postdoctoral Research Scholarship Program. Öztekin will conduct the project “Spatial Settlement Strategies of Migrants: Spatial Settlement Experiences of Turkish Migrants Living in Australia” at Monash University, which is ranked 51st in the world, for 9 months in Australia. Öztekin aims to contribute to the literature on migration and space under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Dharmalingam Arunachalam.
